    Abstract: 企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning;ERP)是一個結合科技與管理的新觀念,用以整合企業價值鏈內的各種資訊,並可藉以將作業流程合理化。因此,要成功建置ERP系統,進行企業流程再造(Business Process Reengineering;BPR)是必要的。不少學者提出企業流程再造必須從策略面加以考量,且對於導入一套複雜且昂貴的ERP系統,從策略面考量更顯重要。因此,本研究依據Mile與Snow所提,將企業經營策略區分為前瞻者、防禦者、分析者與反應者四種類型,以比較其在實施ERP的配合條件與組織績效上的差異。
