近年來歐亞區域整合議題已成全球各國國家發展重要議題，歐盟整合的進程與成果成為全球各國的主要關注對象，歐盟成員國對於權力的讓渡與權力分配充滿疑慮與爭議，成為歐洲整合的阻礙。中國大陸對歐洲整合的認知與作為對未來亞洲整合的影響深遠。本文試圖探討中國大陸對歐洲整合過程中涉及權力因素的認知與因應，並選擇較具代表性的歐元，共同外交暨安全政策和氣候變遷三個議題，進一步了解中國大陸對於區域整合的權力面觀點。 In recent years, the Eurasian regional integration has become an important national development issues around the world. The integration process and the outcome of EU become a major concern issue around the world. The doubts and controversy of transferring and distribution power of the EU members has become the obstacles of European integration. The cognition and response of Mainland China to European integration is far-reaching impact on the integration of Asia in the future. This paper attempts to explore the cognitive and reaction of Mainland China to the European integration process involving the power factor, and choose three topics, the euro, CFSP and Climate Change for further research the view of power of Mainland China.
