本研究採行動研究法,探討繪本故事融入幼兒「尊重、責任」品格教學之成效及教師之教學專業成長。研究者擔任本研究之教師,並邀請指導教授與幼兒園資深教師擔任協同行動研究者,研究參與者為研究者任教之大班幼兒25名。資料蒐集包括:教學省思札記、教室觀察紀錄表、協同教師回饋單、幼兒作品、品格評量表等。本研究結果發現:幼兒在尊重的表現以及責任的表現皆有所進步;行動研究能促進教師教學省思與專業成長,教師從不同角度反省個人教學,並提升教師課程設計等專業能力。根據研究結果,本研究對未來教學者及研究提出建議,作為繪本融入幼兒品格教育之參考。 Using action research, this study aimed to investigate the effect of infusing picture books into young children’s character program on “Respect and Responsibility” as well as the teacher’s teaching professional development. The researcher served as the classroom teacher; the advisor and a kindergarten senior teacher served as collaborative researchers. 25 young children participated in this research. Data sources included teaching reflection journals, classroom observations, co-teacher’s feedback sheets, young children’s artworks, character rating scale, etc. The results were as follows. (1) The young children improved their performance on respect and responsibility. (2) The teacher promoted her teaching reflection and professional development in action research. She reflected on her personal teaching from different perspectives and enhanced her ability of curriculum design and others in profession. According to the results, the researchers provided suggestions for teachers and future research in the use of picture book in character education for young children.
