    Abstract:   本研究旨在了解個案學校與所在地區透過雲林縣轉型優質計畫之協力關係。採用質性研究法進行個案研究,透過實際的訪談,觀察記錄、及文件分析來探究個案學校與社區形成協力關係的過程、結果及影響。  經研究後發現:一、「文化傳承」及「永續家園」是個案學校與社區協力關係的開端。二、「轉型優質計畫」的政策推動促成學校與社區協力關係活絡。三、雙方的協力關係由「從屬關係」到「夥伴關係」。四、凝聚學校與社區共識,可增加彼此的認同感。並從結論當中,延伸出來以下主要的建議,包括:一、學校應作好課程的縱向銜接與領域間橫向連結,並將可用的資源建檔,以尋求更多資源挹注。二、社區應積極轉型社區產業,發展在地特色,吸引年輕人回流。三、公部門評鑑多合一,勿因不同評鑑讓學校端疲於應付,而失去教學熱忱。
      This study aims to understand the collaborative relationship between case school and the local community through Yunlin County High-Quality Reform Program. Aqualitative research method was conduct, case study, depth interviews, observations, and document analysis were conducted to explore the process, results and impact in the collaborative relationship of the case school and community.  The founding of this study as follows:1. "Cultural inheritage" and "Sustainable home" are the beginnings of the collaborative relationship between school and community.2.The policy of "High-Quality Reform Program " promots the collaborative relationship between school and community.3.The pattern of the collaborative relationship between schools and community was changed from "subordinateship" to "partnership."4. To agglomerate the consensus between school and community will increase each other's identity.The recommendations of this study as follows: 1. School should improve the longitudinal cohesion and lateral connection between courses and curriculums, pigeonhole the resources available, and to seeking for more resources injected.2.The community industries and local characteristics should be transormed and developed by community in order to attract young people to reflux.3.The public sector evaluations should be merged and simplified in order to make schools to avoid both struggling to cope with different evaluation and losing the enthusiasm of teaching.
