本研究旨在探討參與勞動部培力就業計畫-幸福社區人才培力計畫之青年在參與計畫期間之社會創業能力與學習經驗及其挑戰。 本研究係採質性研究的方法,以參與幸福社區人才培力計畫之5名青年為研究樣本,資料蒐集方式為自然且半開放式的半結構訪談,並藉由觀察及蒐集相關資料以筆記方式詳實記錄。本研究獲得培力青年真實回應的資料,於正式訪談結束並完成訪談資料整理後,以相關資料進行分析,並作出結論。 研究結果顯示,幸福社區人才培力計畫有目的性地以相關職業訓練方式培育青年之社會創業能力,同時研究結果也發現青年透由幸福社區人才培力計畫的學習經驗過程中皆有獲得職能上之提升,也認知到自己未來若從事社會創業會遇到的挑戰及本身需再加強的的職能為何,綜觀上述研究結果,建議在日後一年的培力過程中應再加強培力人員之實務操練能力,作為日後社會創業之職能提升。 This study was trying to understand how the young social entrepreneurs acquired their abilities, learning experiences and challenges during the training of Happy Community Talent Development Project. Qualitative research was adopted in this study, and 5 young social entrepreneurs who joined the Happy Community Talent Development Project were chosen as the participants. Data was collected naturally and semi-opened through observations and semi-structured interviews, and it was recorded accurately by taking notes. All the real responses and relevant data from the young social entrepreneurs were analyzed and brought out some conclusions. The results showed that Happy Community Talent Development Project has developed young people’s entrepreneurial abilities on purpose with relevant job trainings. In addition, it also showed that the young social entrepreneurs had enhanced their capabilities through the learning experiences of the project, and realized their challenges and needs for the future. The researcher suggested that more practical trainings should be provided during the empowerment in order to raise young entrepreneurs’ capabilities.
