    Abstract:   本研究的目的欲探討學習動機、學習態度與學習成效之間的關係。本研究以新娘秘書技術訓練學員為研究對象,並採用非隨機的便利抽樣法的方式進行問卷調查,共發出250份,回收232份,扣除無效問卷28份,有效問卷為204份,有效問卷回收率87.93%。  本研究所得結論如下:1.學習動機對學習態度有顯著正向之影響。2.學習動機對學習成效有顯著正向之影響。3.學習態度對學習成效有顯著正向之影響。4.學習態度在學習動機與學習成效之間具有部分中介效果。
      The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among learning motive, learning attitudes and learning achievement. In this study, data of trainee of bride secretary are collected by way of non-random sampling method to facilitate questionnaires, with a total of 250 questionnaires distributed. 232 questionnaires are received, in which 28 questionnaires are invalid such that 204 questionnaires are valid, and the effective response rate is 87.93%.  The resulting conclusions of this study are listed as follows:1.Learning motive has a significant positive impact on learning attitudes and learning achievement respectively.2.Learning attitudes has a significant positive impact on learning achievement.3.Learning attitudes preserves partial mediation effect between learning motive and learning achievement.
