    Abstract:   本研究的目的在探討國小高年級學生合理化教師體罰行為之研究。研究對象為雲林縣國民小學高年級學生。採分層隨機抽樣方式,共抽選12校737人,再將所得資料以描述性統計、相關分析、多元迴歸模型進行處理與分析。  本研究結果顯示:(1)國民小學仍有體罰現象存在,且部分高年級學生會合理化及接受教師採取體罰(2)國民小學高年級學生之內化經驗對接受教師體罰行為具有影響力。(3)國民小學高年級學生之教師權威對接受教師體罰行為具有影響力。  最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論並提出建議,以供教師及未來研究的參考。
      The purpose of this study was to investigate the fifth and sixth graders’ rationalization of corporal punishment at elementary school. Stratified random sampling was used to draw 737 students among 12 schools. The descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression model analysis were used in this study.  The results of this study showed that: ( 1 ) Corporal punishment is still being taken at elementary school and some fifth and sixth graders’ are used to rationalize the corporal punishment from their teachers. ( 2 ) The fifth and sixth graders’ experiences influence their attitude to the corporal punishment from their teachers. ( 3 ) The authority of the teachers influence the attitude of the corporal punishment in fifth and sixth graders’.   Finally, based on the findings, this study proposed some relevant suggestions for the teachers and researchers.
