現代社會運轉腳步極為快速，電子科技媒體革命伴隨資本主義，在如此快速、物質與表面化的環境下，人的價值觀與信念也漸漸迷失而產生很多社會問題，人如何重新找回自身的價值、肯定自我的獨特存在是許多人將面臨的課題，本文採用傅偉勳先生的創造性詮釋法，藉由詮釋露易絲．賀的生命思想特色，提供人生的另一個可能性回答，希冀在這個運轉失速、迷失自我的社會中，讓人們發現本自具有的力量。 露易絲．賀是新時代思潮中的重要人物，他的生命觀，全然肯定生命，重視身體與情緒、心靈的結合，因其深信實相乃為自身的創造，因此在實踐的部分，強調正向肯定語之練習，藉由其接納的語言，讓人在溫暖安全的環境中，面對自己、釋放自己，也體會到不批判的妙用並願意在當中持續進化與成長，對於現代人來說，有其對治的效用。 We live in a fast-paced world. The digital technology and media revolution is accompanied by capitalism. In this rapidly changing, materialistic, and superficial environment, the gradual loss of human values and beliefs results in many social problems. A large number of people face the task of rediscovering their self-value and reaffirming their unique existence. This study adopts the creative hermeneutics of Mr. Charles Fu to interpret the life philosophy of Louise L. Hay to provide another possible answer to the problems of human life. The goal is to enable humans to discover their innate energy in this fast-spinning and self-negating society. Louise L. Hay is an important figure in new age thinking. Her life philosophy fully affirms the value of life and places great emphasis on the synthesis of body, emotions, and mind. She firmly believes that reality is a personal creation and therefore emphasizes the practice of positive affirmative language. By adopting this language people are able to face themselves and let themselves go in a warm and safe environment. They also experience the magical effect of non-criticism and are willing to continue their process of evolution and growth. Her philosophy has a healing effect on modern humans.
