本研究旨在探討嘉義縣國小級任導師帶班的工作壓力與滿意度之現況與關係,並探討不同背景變項的國小級任導師與工作壓力和工作滿意度之間的關係,以提供給國小教師們之參考。 本研究採問卷調查法,以「嘉義縣國小級任導師帶班的工作壓力與滿意度調查問卷」為研究工具,對嘉義縣國小級任導師進行調查,共抽取有效樣本數200份。所得之資料以描述性統計、t檢驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果摘要如下:●嘉義縣國小級任導師之工作壓力屬於中等程度。●工作壓力差異情形:不同年齡、導師年資、班級人數、學校位置、學校規模有顯著差異。●嘉義縣國小級任導師之工作滿意度屬於中等程度。●工作滿意度差異情形:不同性別、班級人數、學校位置、學校規模有顯著差異。●整體工作壓力與整體工作滿意度呈現顯著負相關。 The aim of this thesis is to investigate the relationship between work stress and satisfaction for elementary school homeroom teachers in Chiayi County. Meanwhile, the influences of teachers’ backgrounds are studied as well. The research results can provide relevant reference information for teachers in elementary schools. To achieve the above purposes, this study is based on Questionnaire Survey and implemented Questionnaire of “Work Stress and Satisfaction for Elementary School Homeroom Teachers in Chiayi County” . The samples of this questionnaire survey are 200 teachers from elementary schools in Chiayi County. Also, the data are analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, T-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation. The research results are summarized as follows:●The degree of work stress is moderate. ●The differentiation of work stress is displayed in according to different variables: the ages, the seniority , the size of classes, the locations of schools and the scale of schools contribute to the work stress.●The degree of work satisfaction is moderate.●The differentiation of work satisfaction is displayed in according to different variables: the sexes, the size of classes, the locations of schools and the scale of schools contribute to the work satisfaction.●There is a negative relativity in work stress and satisfaction.
