本研究之目的是透過行動研究的方式,來協助研究班級發展國小二年級的品德教育課程,藉由情境分析瞭解品德教育課程所遭遇到的問題,並尋求協同教師的合作,規劃品德教育課程的行動方案,探討行動方案實施的歷程,最後,評鑑行動方案實施的結果。本研究採用行動研究法,以協同研究教師任教二年級「天使班」為主要研究對象,經由四個月品德教育課程的實施,歸納本研究結果,獲致以下結論:1. 品德教育面臨三方面的問題,其一為社區文化缺乏模範,其二為學生家長疏於關注,其三為學校教育缺乏合適的品德教育課程。經由情境分析後,發現品德教育在研究班級遭遇到的主要問題,包括班級氣氛缺乏尊重風氣;學生易與人發生爭執;對學用品不愛惜;家長對品德教育不夠重視。2. 品德教育課程方案的規劃係描繪品德課程的發展主軸、建構研究班級品德課程的願景、發展方案的課程目標與架構、設計方案的教學活動與流程、蒐集和編製方案的學習資源等步驟設計而成的。3. 品德教育課程的實施流程分別為故事講述,導入品德概念、體驗活動,提供品德情境、生活實踐,結合品德準則、反省回饋,檢視品德成效。最後,研究者根據研究結論,分別對教育行政當局、學校品德課程發展、教師教學實務及後續研究提出多項具體建議,以供國小教師發展品德教育之借鏡。 The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility of a second grade moral education curriculum. It focused on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the project in terms of different learning materials and activities. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. Three factors which moral education curriculum encountered were: the absence of models in the community, ignorance of the parents, and the lack of appropriate curriculum for moral education. 2. Projects for developing curriculum in moral education include the following aspects: depicting the framework of moral education, constructing the ideal vision of the target class and the objectives of the project, and compiling appropriate teaching plans and activities. 3. The steps in implementing moral education were to tell stories, explain moral concepts, and provide life experiences for grade two students so as to evaluate the outcomes of students' behavior.
