康德《判斷力批判》對於呂格爾詮釋學的「敘事理論」具有重要的影響力。然而,透過對漢娜鄂蘭有關康德政治哲學詮釋的研究,呂格爾將康德《判斷力批判》進一步與其政治哲學的研究相連結。鄂蘭對康德政治哲學的解讀,將焦點集中在第三批判的〈審美判斷力批判〉上,強調康德的政治判斷可以被看作是審美判斷的擴展。對此,呂格爾在強調反思判斷力重要性的同時,進一步主張鄂蘭對康德《判斷力批判》研究所提出的那種政治判斷哲學的整體構想與歷史哲學是不可分的。換言之,在政治哲學的設想中,審美判斷與目的論判斷必須結合起來。透過這樣的一種結合,呂格爾重新對康德《判斷力批判》與政治之間的連結進行解讀。本文旨在針對呂格爾在〈漢娜.鄂蘭的審美判斷與政治判斷〉一文中,對鄂蘭有關康德《判斷力批判》與政治關聯的相關研究而來的對康德政治哲學的重新詮釋進行探究。 Kant’s Critique of Judgmenthas a significant influence on the narrative theory of Ricœur’s Hermeneutics. However, through the study of Hannah Arendt’s interpretation of Kant’s political philosophy, Ricœur further has related Kant’s Critique of Judgmentto his research of political philosophy. Arendt’s interpretation of Kant’s political philosophy is focusedon the first part of his third Critique: “Critique of the Aesthetic Power of Judgment”. She emphasized that Kant’s political judgment could be regarded as an extension of aesthetic judgment. Ricœur therefore further claimed that the idea of political philosophy for Kant’s Critique of Judgment posed by Arendt was inseparable from the philosophy of history while emphasizing the importance of reflective judgment. In other words, for the contemplation of political philosophy, aesthetic judgment and teleological judgment must be combined. Through such combination, Ricœur has reinterpreted the relationship between Kant’s Critique of Judgmentand politics. This paper aims to research into Ricœur’s reinterpretation of Kant’s political philosophy from his study of Arendt’s thought about the relationship between Kant’s Critique of Judgmentand politics in Jugement esthétique et jugement politique selon Hannah Arendt.
