環境教育系統強調不論基層至中央、政府乃至民間均提供一共同環境教育平台,擴大公民參與培養其環境倫理與責任,學校環境教育系統是此一平台的基礎而國小環境教育更是各級學校環境教育落實之起點,是故國小環境教育執行成效如何,不能單視每年學校上網填報之完成率決定環境教育之成效良窳。本文以嘉義縣下潭國小參與綠色學校、推動環境教育為例,探討目前綠色學校實施環境教育之現況與成果。採取「輸入-過程-輸出」之IPO系統模式作為分析架構,運用問卷調查來探討個案組織於綠色教學、綠色校園生活、綠色行政管理、綠色校園建築與空間等四個面向,展現哪些綠色學校的實施策略與成果,足以供作其他學校推動相關政策之參考。 The environmental education system emphasizes the provision of a common environmental education platform, from the central to the local, the public well as the private sector, to expand civic participation in the development of their environmental ethics and responsibility. The school environmental education system is the foundation of this platform. The environmental education at the elementary school is the starting point of all levels. The effect of implementing environmental education depends not only on the completion of each school on-line completion but also how the effectiveness of environmental education is. This paper takes Siatan Elementary School of Chiayi County as an example and discusses the current situation and effect of implementing environmental education in green schools. This paper adopts the IPO system model of "Input-Process-Output" as the analysis framework. The questionnaire survey is used to explore the green education, green campus life, green administration, green campus architecture and space. The implementation of strategies and results is going to provide other schools the relevant policy reference.
