This study analyzes the impact of China's vocational education on the human resource development, mainly from the aspects of sociology, economics and pedagogy. Including the method of triangular corroboration analysis as well as interview on the spot and telephone interview, this study has also carried out case studies on three areas with better vocational education records and three areas with worse records, and in doing so, the conclusion has been drawn. These six areas served as examples for mutual comparison to analyze the condition of vocational education and its impact on the human resource development. As a result of these analyses, The Impacts of Vocational Education on Human Resource Development in China was further studied and findings were discussed.
