    Abstract:   Nowadays, in the revolution of economic, Human Resource plays a crucial part in attaining their organization's achievement. Although in the era of Technology and Internet System, and from that people receive huge support, but the main function always belongs to human being factor- every single person invariably is the key let everything work properly. Concerning having experienced, skill, knowledged employees and let them contribute more and longer to their companies, actually become an important mission of Human Resource Management. Human Resource Department has a prerequisite role in planning, fulfilling the development and treatment policies. Talent people have tendency cohere with an organization where they can contribute a lot their ability, enrich their knowledge and moreover their career path will be delineated by the organization where they are serving in. Therefore, this research refers some perspectives and research about improving employees' loyalty and their commitment to Organization through training and internal promotion system.
