    Abstract:   隨著時代與網路科技的發達,加上女性經濟與自主意識的提高,女性旅遊趨勢轉而投向較具彈性與自主性的自助旅遊方式,並藉由網路使用行為取得旅遊相關資訊與旅遊分享;日本擁有交通便利、整潔、友善、治安良好這些特質,一直都是國人自助旅行的地點首選。研究者將以女性為著眼點,以質性研究方法,對8位女性自助旅行者進行半結構式深度訪談,深入了解女性赴日本進行自助旅行的網路使用行為與旅行體驗,透過訪談及資料分析,研究結果顯示:一、女性自助旅行者在旅遊的階段:旅遊前(資訊蒐集、行程規畫)、中(網路需求與運用)、後(旅遊分享與回饋),會有不同的網路使用行為與動機。二、女性旅者藉由自助旅行體驗自我,透過旅遊前中後的歷程,呈現女性不同面向的特質與經驗。三、女性自助旅行者在經歷旅行後,產生對女性主體性的認同,工作態度上也有正向的影響與轉變。
      With the developing of era and internet technology, coupled with the raising of female's economic ability and increased awareness of autonomy, that female travelers trends to more flexible and autonomous of independent travel. Through widely use the Internet to get travel-related information and experience sharing as well. Japan owns these characteristics of convenient transportation, cleanly, friendly and in good of security orders which always been the preferred travel location for compatriots. By using qualitative research, the researchers conducted a semi-structured in-depth interview with eight female independent travelers, to learn more about the Internet using behavior and travel experience of female traveling to Japan. Through interviews and information analysis, the results show as following:First, the female independent traveler in the different travel stage: pre-tourism (information collection, travel planning), during tourism (network needs and use), and after tourism (tourism sharing and feedback), there will be different network use behavior and motivation.Second, female travelers through owing travel experience to feel themselves and present different oriented of characteristics in before, during and after tourism stages.Third, after being travel experience, on the female subjectivity identity and in the work attitude both have positive impact and changes.
