    摘要:   本研究採用質性研究取向的自我生命故事敘說,這是一篇一位離婚單身女性生命歷程的轉變契機,生命故事以「我」為主體,一篇篇隱喻故事呈現,論文的目的是希望透過自我敘說和理解自我、看見自己的過程。  經由本研究發現原「以夫為天、以子為地」的我自我覺醒,覺察到子女的教養和求生存的危機,「意識到」離婚是當下的第一步,子女教養和經濟困境才能獲得釋放,我努力拋下世人的社會眼光,勇敢踏出離婚之路。  離婚如同一個契機,因為套在心頭上的枷鎖(前夫)不見了,生活拮据卻努力尋找下一道曙光,離婚後連結社會支持系統,接觸民間家扶中心,願意參與「家長生涯規劃」重新喚醒心靈知覺和改變傳統思維,積極申請政府兒少補助,補強經濟缺口,人有旦夕禍福,生命卻再一次遭到家暴,鼓起勇氣進出法院,這是自己對孩子正面的教養。  經濟獨立下想為自己的生命經驗尋找答案,進而踏入研究所就讀,研究發現敘事的結構能夠組織經驗,對於「個人和集體賦予知識的力量」和正念療育的宗旨「一切的安排都是最好的安排」理解生命成長和社會處境產生的過程,自我敘說故事中使得提問式的對話變得可能,滲入當中的理解,將產生互為主體的教育實踐生命意義。透過知識培力了解社會價值下的台灣母職和文化背景,原本「刻板印象」和「偏見」的我從中學習理解他人的立場和自我的寬容,更體會到知識培力是脫貧的步驟。  藉由論文的書寫重讀自己的故事,學習到「心」的自由,不再苛責自己,學會愛自己,重拾信心,珍惜經驗的過往,連帶孩子都成熟獨立。
      This study adopts the self-life story narration of qualitative research orientation, which is a turning point of a life course of a divorce single female. The story of life uses "I" as the main body, an article of metaphorical story is presented. The purpose of the thesis is to see my own turning process by self-narrative and self-understanding.  Through this study, I found that the self-awakening of the original "to husband for the day, to son for the ground" was aware of through the child's upbringing and survival crisis. I realized that divorce was the first step in that moment, so that child education and economic difficulties would get released. I try hard to throw the world's social vision away, take the road of divorce bravely.  Divorce such as an opportunity to me, since the yoke in the heart (ex-husband) is gone, life is struggling to find the next dawn. After the divorce, I linked to the social support system, contacting with the private home help center and willing to participate in "parent career planning" which re-evokes my mind perception and change the traditional thinking. I also actively apply for government's subsidies to children, strengthen the economic gap. You never know what tomorrow will bring. My life has once again been domestic violence, which I needed to have the courage to go in and out of the court and I thought that this was a positive influence for my kids' education.  Due to economic independence, I look for answers to my life's experiences, then I went into the institute to study more. The research found that the structure of the narrative can organize experiences. For "the power given by individual and the group through knowledge" and "all the arrangements are the most Good arrangement ", the purpose of orthodox treatment, I understood the process of life growth and social situation. Therefore self-narrative story makes the question-based dialogue become possible, gets into the understanding of which will produce each other's main practice of education and the meaning of life. Through the force of knowledge, I understand the social values of Taiwan's mother and cultural background. My original though of "stereotype" and "prejudice" have been changed by not only learning from the understanding of others' position and self tolerance, but comprehending that the knowledge is a step out of poverty.  Through the writing of the essay to reread my own stories, I have learned that what is the freedom of heart, no longer to blame myself and learn how to love myself, regain confidence, cherish the experience of the past. Children are more mature and independent at the same times.
