    Abstract:   外籍勞工在國內勞工產業具有極大的貢獻,但伴隨而來的是外籍勞工在國內的高工時、高勞力工作,因此休閒娛樂需求值得探討。本研究為求瞭解外籍勞工的休閒娛樂需求;以嘉義縣民雄鄉頭橋工業區的外籍勞工為研究對象,實施個別人物訪談,面對現有工作、生活壓力環境下之休閒娛樂需求,將所得資料統整及分析,並配合相關文獻分析,彼此相互印證,藉此歸納出外籍勞工對於休閒娛樂需求及參與情形。  最後,研究結果發現外籍勞工多數因工時過長、工作辛勞及薪資不足等問題,且因為來至其他國家,導致生活及語言方面能力不足,所產生的壓力是一般國人不能體會的,因此建議公司及相關單位,實應針對外籍勞工的工作性質,而規劃不同方案的休閒活動,供滿足其休閒娛樂需求,並同時改善相關政令,推出相關課程,幫助外籍勞工適應國內工作環境,降低其壓力,達到提升工作效率,減少逃逸問題。
      Foreign workers who come to Taiwan to work in the labour industry make great contributions. But they work long hours and with great intensity, and thus their leisure time is a debatable issue. The purpose of this research is to investigate foreign workers' need for recreation. The study participants come from Minshiung Touciao industrial park, Chiayi. Some of them will be interviewed. The interview is based on their leisure needs in light of their work stress and demands. This data will be collated and analyzed. Relevant literature will be searched for and used. Interview results and the searched literature will be combined and analyzed together. Thus the workers' leisure needs can be investigated.   Finally, results find that foreign workers have lengthened work hours and work stress together with decreased satisfaction from work. Also as they come from foreign countries, their language capabilities aren't as great as locals, causing them to face greater stress than locals. Thus, it is recommended that companies tailor their leisure activities for foreign workers to satisfy their different leisure needs. At the same time, companies should revise their leisure policies and implement relevant classes, to help foreign workers get used to working needs and decrease their stress levels. This achieves optimal work productivity and decreases abstinence from work.
