台灣的圖書出版數量是全世界最多的地區之一,近年來隨著少子化與數位化的衝擊,讓台灣的出版面臨著越來越大的生存競爭。以往有許多探討出版社組織轉型或經營績效的研究,卻比較少有文獻探討出版編輯人員的工作壓力類型。由於員工壓力是該員工離開公司的重要因素之一,因此若能進一步分析出版編輯的工作壓力,並進一步研擬降低員工壓力的管理策略,將有助於維持出版社的競爭優勢。本文以層級架構分析法為研究方法,經由文獻回顧與專家訪談建構了「工作本身」、「人際關係」、「工作成就」、「公司制度」等四個編輯人員的工作壓力類型,最後並根據研究結果進一步研擬相關的管理策略。 Taiwan's book publishing volume is one of the largest in the world. In recent years, with the impact of low birthrate and digitalization, Taiwan's publishing industry is facing increasing competition for survival. In the past, there were many studies on the organizational transformation or business performance of publishing companies. However, there were few literatures discussing the type of work pressure of publishing and editorial staff. Because employee pressure is one of the important factors for the employee to leave the company, if we can further analyze the work pressure of publishing and editing, and further develop management strategies to reduce employee pressure, it will help maintain the publishing company's competitive advantage. This paper uses the hierarchical architecture analysis method as the research method. Through the literature review and expert interviews, we have constructed the types of work pressures of the four editorial staff such as "work itself," "interpersonal relations," "work achievement," and "company system." The results of the study further developed relevant management strategies.
