    Abstract:   本研究旨在探討「幼兒園教保服務人員實踐幼兒園教保活動課程大綱態度」之研究,以自編調查問卷為研究工具,研究對象為以服務於北部地區教保服務人員,蒐集資料採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、及皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行資料處理。根據分析結果,歸納以下結論:一、教保服務人員對實施新課綱之意見,在認知、情感、實踐、均屬於中上程度,實施困境則屬於中下程度,屬正向積極。二、非直轄市教保服務人員對實施幼兒園教保活動課程大綱表現較直轄市教保服務人員認同。三、非幼教保專業教保服務人員對實施新課綱更認同、更積極實踐。四、班級數4班以下者在認知和認同方面高於5-9班以上之教保服務人員;而在實踐層面則為10班以上教保服務人員比4班以下者更積極。五、30歲以下教保服務人員比41歲以上教保服務人員在實踐行為上更為積極。六、高中(職)畢業之教保服務人員比大專院校畢業者認同幼兒園教保活動課程的實施。七、教保服務人員對實施幼兒園教保活動課程大綱意見,在認知、認同、和實踐態度度關聯度極高。
      The purpose of this study was to explore the opinions on the implementation of new curriculum by preschool educators in northern of Taiwan. The research tool was the self-designed questionnaire. The research object was the preschool educators in northern of Taiwan. The data obtained from the study were analyzed by descriptive. Statistics, independent sample t-test, single-factor change analysis, and Pearson's product-difference correlation statistics methods. Based on the analysis results, the following conclusions are summarized: 1. The opinions on the implementation of new curriculum by preschool educators, They were all in the upper-middle level in terms of cognition, emotion and practice. The implementation dilemma was in the mid-to-lower level and was positive.2. The non- municipal preschool educators had higher identity on kindergarten courses syllabus activities than the municipal preschool educators.3. The non-professional preschool educators had more identity and active practice on the implementation of the new curriculum.4. The preschool educators in the school size under 4 classes had higher cognition and identity than the ones in the school size over 5-9 classes; in practice, the educators in the school size over 10 classes were more active than the ones in the school size under 4 classes.5. The preschool educators under the age of 30 are more active in practice than preschool educators over the age of 41.6. The preschool educators graduated from high school (vocational) had higher identity on the implementation of kindergarten education activities curriculum than the ones graduated from the college. 7. The opinions on the implementation of new curriculum by preschool educators, It appeared highly correlated among the cognition, identity and practice attitude.
