    Abstract:   本論文起由在面對求不得、怨憎會,和五陰熾盛、老、死等等諸痛苦煩惱結縛,佛陀透過面對觀察覺證「諸法性空緣起」解決問題,相比較一般傳統面對這些苦痛煩惱的觀念、例如:佛陀所受的印度傳統觀念「梵我的輪迴」觀,明顯知正因為有「我」;梵我是「有我」的輪迴,緣起是「無我」的輪迴。有情眾生因為妄認有實法為我,相對有我所,生一切分別:我相、人相、眾生相、壽者相等等,起種種貪執愛染、堅深「我執」,而造作有諸結縛,生死煩惱無盡、眾苦業輪迴不息。故佛陀經由己身實際的證行,教導我們透過「緣起」,覺曉「諸法唯緣起生」,證見諸法性空,真正如法如實知無有一實法是為我,也就沒有我所,不生一切分別,永息不起種種貪執愛染、堅深「我執」,所以不會造作有諸結縛、無有業行,生死煩惱輪迴歇止。更從佛陀教法雖樂大離身心滅盡,不受生死輪迴之痛,不有諸惑煩惱之毒苦,修止觀以助長涅槃道力,但不依侍而沉空滯寂順墮涅槃。即於諸法,包括解脫涅槃的清淨無為法,「應無所住而生其心」。也就是佛陀於《金剛般若波羅蜜經》所畢竟顯了之無言身教。一切就同似清淨常明的圓覺心、大菩提心,自自然然的流出清淨明亮的法水,遍行所有,又自自然然的回歸還注圓覺心;沒有絲毫的雜作污穢,隨順菩提,住但又非於世法思議之住,於世俗智見又言離不住菩提、「諸法真實」而行,也就是無功用行、無願;此即是究竟第一義,連心都無有起,就這樣「如如」隨順安住、亦不住(離)。也就是本論文在面對這些苦痛煩惱欲期得的目的:能悠然行於諸法、生死自在。
