本研究旨在探討不同國籍的照顧服務員對留任意願的差異性進行分析。以嘉義縣老人之長期照顧機構照服員進行分析,探討領導風格、工作價值、福利薪資、社會支持、同僚關係對於留任意願之因果關係。 實證結果與本文假設推論一致,顯示:(1)照服員對於領導風格、工作價值、福利薪資、社會支持、同僚關係對於留任意願皆具有正向的影響。(2) 領導風格將透過同僚關係對於留任意願會產生中介效果。(3)國籍及其它個人背景變項在留任意願及其它解釋構面皆具有顯著的差異性。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in caregivers who are from different nationalities and to analyze the differences in their willingness to stay. Taking the long-term caregiver's caregiver from Chiayi County as an example, he analyzed the leadership style, work value, welfare pay, social support, and peer-to-peer relation to stay a causal relationship. The empirical results are consistent with the assumptions in this paper and show that: (1) The attendant's leadership style, work value, salary, social support, and peer relationship have a positive influence on the retention of arbitrary wishes. (2) The leadership style will have a mediating effect on the relationship between peers. (3) Nationality and other personal background variables have significant differences in the retention of arbitrary wishes and other interpretations.
