The purpose of the study is to research the voluntary service experience of school volunteers to explore the motivation, the factors, the changes, the dilemmas and strategies of school volunteers who continue to participate in Love Class Volunteer Corps in Elementary School. This study is based on qualitative research and purposive sampling is adopted. Eight volunteers were chosen as research subjects to gain an in-depth understanding of respondents' motivation and service experience. It was found that the volunteers all agree with the meaning of serving others, and they all agreed that taking part in "Love Class Volunteer Corps" is a kind of behavior beneficial to others. It is full of confidence, love, and hope for participating in Love Class Volunteer Corps. When the kids in Love Class give positive feedback and affirmation to volunteers, volunteers can get satisfaction from them and improve their willingness to continue serving. Volunteers promote the learning and interaction of each other through the process of voluntary service, which has improved the quality of life of volunteers and their self-development, and achieved the purpose of lifelong learning. The mutual support of the volunteers and their mutual care not only make the volunteers feel more harmonious, but also help to improve the hardship of Love Class Volunteer Corps, which will continue to motivate school volunteers. The findings of this study suggest that schools should provide parents with relevant information and training courses on volunteers in Love Class Volunteer Corps to help them grow up. It is also suggested that the volunteers can learn from the volunteer groups, cultivate the emotions among volunteers and the centripetal force of the volunteer groups, and then strengthen the motivation of volunteers for continuous service.
