    摘要:   本研究以已婚女性美容美髮業工作者為研究對象,旨在探討已婚女性美容美髮業工作者的婚姻衝突與壓力調適關係之影響,主要研究目的有三:1.了解已婚女性美容美髮業工作者婚姻衝突對工作與家庭帶來的衝擊;2. 探討已婚女性美容美髮業工作者,工作、家庭的壓力及其因應策略;3.分析已婚女性美容美髮業工作者對家庭關係的影響。為達上述目的,首先採文獻分析及訪談來進行研究,在文獻分析上蒐集國內外期刊論文、書籍、碩博士論文、政府出版品、各個相關網站等,用以作為理論與實務分析評述之依據,再將訪談所要的議題及配合本研究的問題與目的,以提綱挈領方式設計訪談大綱,並採自然且半開放式的訪談方式訪談。訪談之後,本研究獲得許多豐富資料,在這些資料中也逐漸出現規律性,可以歸納共同現象。於是,結束正式訪談階段,開始進行資料的處理與分析。研究問題經分析獲致下列結論:女性美容美髮業工作者在婚姻狀況下所面臨工作、家庭衍生出來的婚姻衝突面面觀。女性美容美髮業工作者所面臨的工作壓力可分為婚姻壓力、親職壓力與家務壓力三大部分。其中以婚姻的壓力最大,而配偶的支持可以有效減少女性美容美髮業工作者所面臨的工作壓力。  女性美容美髮業工作者因應婚姻衝突來源與因應策略的策略有:家務分工、夫妻間的財務、子女教養、超時工作。社會資源協助法、降低婚姻衝突來源標準法、正向回應、彈性工作時間、心理防衛機轉與壓力調適、自身改變女性自我成長、工作、家庭價值與信念。大部分的受訪者均表示「工作」對夫妻間的婚姻關係影響層面「超大」,壓力調適與女性自我成長對工作、婚姻、家庭關係有相當的震撼力。
      The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of marital conflict and pressure adjustment on married female beauty and hairdressing workers. The main research purposes are threefold: First, to understand the impact of the married female beauty and hairdressing workers' marriage conflicts on their work and family. Second, to discuss the married female beauty and hairdressing workers' work and family pressures and their response strategies. Finally, to analyze the influence of the married female beauty and hairdressing workers' work on their family relations. In order to achieve the above objectives, we first conducted literature research and interviews. We collected domestic and foreign journal articles, books, master's and doctoral dissertations, government publications, and related websites to serve as a basis for theoretical and practical analysis and review. Then it designed a neat interview guide based on the topics required for the interviews and the questions and purposes of the study, and adopted natural and semi-open interviews. After interviewing the married female beauty and hairdressing workers, this study gained a wealth of information, which manifest regular characteristics that can be used to summarize common phenomena. As a result, the formal interview phase ended and data processing and analysis began. Analysis of research issues has led to the following conclusions: Female beauty and hairdressing workers are confronted with work-related and family-derived marital conflicts from their marriage. Work pressures they faced can be divided into marital pressure, parenting pressure, and housekeeping pressure, among which marital pressure is the greatest, and the spouse's support can effectively reduce the work pressure faced by the female beauty and hairdressing workers.   The strategies of female beauty and hairdressing workers responding to marital conflicts include: housework division, financial affairs between spouses, overtime work, children's upbringing, the social resources assistance, the standard method of reducing the sources of marital conflict, positive responses, flexible working hours, psychological defense mechanism and pressure adjustment, changing views of women's self-growth, work, family values and beliefs. Most of the interviewees stated that the impact of work on marital relations is tremendous, and stress adjustment and self-development have a considerable impact on work, marriage, and family relationships.
