This paper reconsiders Hsing Yun's "Buddha's Light International Association", cites the dimensions for cultural interpretation of traditional religions, and suggests the characteristics of folk beliefs, which are the products of "sympathetic resonance" of different social cultures. The core of folk beliefs is the main needs of the people's survival, and based on the core, various spiritual activities of human beings are recombined and recreated; this is not only the organic integration of ideas and emotions, but also the construction of intrinsically unified unique cultural form. This form has been finally developed to the Buddhist organization which coexist with many region associations.
