本研究以虎頭埤風景區為例,分析其現況及未來經營策略,先從基地環境來分析,探討虎頭埤風景區的基地發展現況,其次從總體環境分析,探討外部環境對經營現況的影響,接著依序從內外環境著手,藉由SWOT/TOWS分析,評估主觀的優劣勢及客觀的機會與威脅,並以產業結構分析來評估其在產業內的競爭態勢,據以提出相對應的策略,最後根據上述分析與討論,研擬最佳發展及經營策略,以提供有關單位決策及規劃管理之參考。 A case study of Hou-Tou Pei scenic area, this research analyzes recent and future management strategies in the below order: First, by analyzing land-base environment, we can observe land-base conditions of Hu-Tou Pei scenic area. Then by analyzing the overall environment, discussion of influences of outer environment can also be made. By focusing both inner and outer environment in its order, we can evaluate subjective views of strength and weakness, and objective views of opportunity and threat by SWOT/TOWS analysis. Using industrial structure analysis to evaluate its competition in the industry, this way provides commensurate strategies. It is from above analysis and discussion, that we plan the best development and management strategies, to provide reference for related unit for decision makings and planning managements.
