Abstract:	本研究主旨在於探討嘉義縣介於國、高中階段的青少年吸菸、飲酒行為與親子依附之關連。透過量化問卷，採便利抽樣法，針對該縣介於國二到高二階段共完成308份有效樣本。並透過卡方分析、皮爾森相關分析及邏輯斯迴歸分析等統計方法，驗證青少年吸菸、飲酒行為與親子關係之關連。獲得以下之研究發現：一、嚴重偏差青少年較一般青少年在菸、酒行為有較高使用比例，達統計顯著差異。二、青少年吸菸與飲酒行為二者之間有正相關。三、青少年伴隨就學年級提升，菸酒使用比例上升。四、當親子之間的依附關係越佳將能有效抑制青少年菸、酒使用行為。並據之向家長、政府及未來研究提出相關建議：一、家長應重視應了解青少年特質，進行有效親子溝通提升依附關係品質。二、政府應推動預防性家庭支持服務。三、未來研究可採取質性研究進一步探究。 The main purpose of this study was to explore the connection between youth smoking and drinking behaviors and parent-child attachment in Chiayi County. Through a quantitative questionnaire, the sampling method was convenient sampling method, and a total of 308 valid samples were completed for the county from the second year of middle school to the second year of high school. And by using statistical methods such as Chi-square analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis, the relationship between youth smoking and alcohol drinking behavior and parent-child relationship was verified. Get the following research findings: First, Severely biased youngsters have a higher rate of use of cigarettes and alcohol in comparison with adolescents in general, with statistically significant differences. Second, there is a positive correlation between youth smoking and drinking behavior. Third, with the increase in grades, the proportion of tobacco and alcohol use increased. Fourth, the better the relationship between parents and children will be able to effectively inhibit the youth smoking and drinking behavior. And according to it, make recommendations to parents, the government and future research: First, parents should pay attention to the need to understand the characteristics of young people, and conduct effective parent-child communication to improve the quality of attachment. Second, the government should promote preventive family support services. Third, future research can take qualitative research to further explore.
