本文旨在探討一位國民小學校長的英語教學領導之內涵與具體作為,本研究以某一公立國民小學校長為研究對象,進行單一個案研究,資料蒐集與分析則運用觀察、訪談分析為主,以期能對校長進行教學領導於實際學科之具體作為更能瞭解,以三個層面來看待校長的教學領導,第一為校長的英語教學領導理念、第二為學校經營理念、第三則是教師專業議題,再以五個教學領導面向來分析一位校長的英語教學領導的具體作為;研究結果指出學校校長須有執行力貫徹課程,並提出研究建議。 The purpose of this paper is to explore the connotation and concrete action of the English instructional leadership of a national primary school principal, this study takes the principal of a public national primary school as the research object, carries on a single case study, data collection and analysis mainly uses observation, interview analysis, so as to be able to teach the principal to lead the instructional in the actual subject of the concrete as a better understanding, To look at the principal's instructional leadership at three levels, the first level is the English instructional leadership of the ideal, the second level is the matter of English instructional leadership, the third is the leadership of English instructional leadership act, and then five instructional leaders level to analyze the specific action of a principal's English instructional leadership.
