人工智慧將大幅改變人們生活的方式,而在這一波人工智慧的變革中,「人類趕不上AI科技變化的速度,無法即時調整與適應」可能是比發展AI技術更為重要的議題。道路運輸由現今的輔助駕駛發展到日後的自動駕駛將是一個不可避免的趨勢,目前我們已由輔助駕駛進入自駕車的Level 3階段,且Level 3自駕車的市場擴散型態將對於日後發展無人駕駛有著深遠的影響。本文以Level 3自駕車為研究對象,經由建構個體選擇模型分析消費者選擇Level 3自駕車的因素及其市場擴散型態,研究結果發現購買價格、行駛成本及安全性是影響購買選擇行為的重要因素,且購買價格以及行駛成本存在著較大的個體間差異。本文之研究成果將可協助交通管理單位建構更完善交通環境時的重要參考依據。 Artificial intelligence will inevitably dramatically change the way people live. In this wave of artificial intelligence changes, "humans can't keep up with the speed of AI technology changes, and they can't adjust and adapt in time” may be more important issues than the development of AI technology. The development of road transport from today's assisted driving to future autonomous driving will be an inevitable trend. At present, we have entered the Level 3 stage of self-driving by assisted driving, and the market diffusion pattern of Level 3 self-driving will be developed for the future. Driving has far-reaching effects. This paper takes Level 3 self-driving as the starting point to explore the factors of consumers' choice of Level 3 self-driving and its market diffusion pattern. This study explores the factors and market diffusion patterns of consumers choosing Level 3 self-driving cars by constructing discrete choice models. The results of the study found that purchase price, driving cost, and safety are important factors affecting purchase choice behavior, and there are large individual differences in the purchase price and driving cost. The research results will help traffic management units to build an important reference basis for a better traffic environment.
