The name “Yì jīn jīng”usually has a broad and narrow meaning, and the narrow one refers only to the book “Yì jīn jīng”which is the opposite of “Xin suǐ jīng”. The broad sense includes “Yi jin jīng”and “Xin suǐ jīng”, so it is often also called “Yi jin Xin suǐ jīng”. This article mainly refers to the broad sense. From the viewpoints of Tan Xiyong and Zhang Shangyi, this article regards the “Yì jīn jīng”as a method of liberation and repair. Discuss how to “Achievement of Enlightenment”, which is the meaning of “Dengzhengguo”in the “Yì jīn jīng”. For the current practice of “Yì jīn jīng”, there are many people who make the argument based on the perfect stage of Tantra or the Taoist cultivation system. This article discusses the perfect stage of Tantric. The twelve types of kinetic exercises in the front of the “Yì jīn jīng”mainly focus on gross and careful physical and mental training, while the static exercises focus on careful physical and mental and the most subtle exercises to Liberate life and death. And this is mainly the cultivation of the second and third instillation stages of Tantric Buddhism.
