本研究個案學校為嘉義縣鄒族小學-達邦國小。研究旨在探究個案學校推動民族教育課程的背景脈絡、實施現況與所面臨的困境。研究採個案研究法,透過文獻探討、半結構式訪談、參與觀察與文件分析等方法進行研究資料之蒐集。 依據本研究之目的,歸納結論如下:一、學校積極申請計畫與執行、教師的民族教育理念及志工的熱情參與是促使個案學校民族教育發展的重要因素。二、因個案學校位處鄒族文化中心,故有利於推展民族教育;民族教育課程多元化,主要民族教育課程,如小小勇士營與聖山探源是民族教育也是山野教育。三、個案學校主要面臨的困境:經費核銷期限與歲時祭儀無法配合、正式課程的母語課與民族教育課程授課時間不足、民族教育師資養成與教學資源尚待建立等。四、現行民族教育課程可為未來民族實驗小學課程基礎。 The case study is based on Dabang elementary school which is located at the aboriginal Tsou area in Chiayi county. The purpose of the research is to inquiry into the context, implementation and difficulties of the ethnic education curriculum promoted by aboriginal Jinhu elementary school. The research adopt case study method to collect data through literature review, semi-structured interview, participant observation, and file analysis.According to the research findings, the conclusions are summarized as follows: First, the school's active application for the governmental ethnic education plan and the implementation of the ethnic education curriculum, the teachers' concept of ethnic education and the enthusiastic participation of volunteers are key factors in the development of ethnic education curriculum. Second, located in the aboriginal Tsou culture center, there are plenty of resource for Jinhu elementary school to develop ethnic education curriculum. The ethnic education curriculum that the case school has implemented for years are little tribal warrior camp and holy mountain climbing events which are having both the features of ethnic and mountain education courses. Third, the deadline of filing the reimbursement cannot match up the dates of the festivals. Besides, there are inadequate teaching hours for formal curriculum of mother tongue as well as ethnic education curriculum. Moreover, the system of teacher education and instructional resource have yet to be set up. Fourth, the current ethnic education curriculum can be the basis for the future ethnic experimental primary school curriculum.
