Abstract:	本研究探討社區日間作業設施服務對於心智障礙者影響，基於有較多的訪談資料分類、比較，以嘉義市啟智協會服務使用者之家長為研究對象，採質性研究，因心智障礙者表達能力及認知能力受限，進而針對心智障礙者中的6位家長作深度訪談，資料蒐集、長期參與觀察等研究，探究社區日間作業設施服務對於心智障礙者之影響。　　主要研究發現歸納如下：1. 心智障礙者家長選擇日間作業設施服務的考量因素包含環境的無障礙設施與設備、日常作息設計以靜態活動、動態活動、多元學習、收費標準、人員專業因素等，多元學習中社會融合及園藝活動最受到重視。2. 心智障礙者參與日間作業設施服務對於個案家庭的助益，研究顯示以提高心智障礙者自立生活能力、表達能力，進而與家人有更良好的互動，家屬壓力緩解及喘息。3. 心智障礙者在接受社區日間作業設施服務後在基本認知、社會能力、作業技能與作業態度得到良好的改變，相對提升服務對象能力及減少其功能退化，也培養其良好的工作態度。　　This study explores the impact of Small-Scale Community Workshop Service on mentally handicapped people. Based on the classification and comparison of more interview data, the service users' Parents of Assciation for Persons with Intellectual Diasbility, Chaiyi are the research subjects, and the qualitative research is based on the ability of mentally handicapped people. And cognitive ability is limited, and then in-depth interviews, data collection, long-term participation observation and other research and analysis for the six parents of mentally ill persons, to explore the impact of Small-Scale Community Workshop Service on mentally handicapped people.　　The findings are summarized as follows: 1. The considerations for parents of mentally handicapped persons to choose Small-Scale Community Workshop Service include environmental barrier-free facilities and equipment, daily routine design, static activities, dynamic activities, multiple learning, fee standards, personnel professional factors, etc. Social integration and horticulture courses are most valueable in multi-learning. 2. The benefits of participation in Small-Scale Community Workshop Service for individual families. Studies have shown that people with mental disabilities can improve their self-reliance and ability to express themselves by day-care facilities services. And have better interaction with their families. Family pressures can be relieved and wheeze.3. Mentally handicapped people after receiving Small-Scale Community Workshop Service can get a good change in basic cognition, social ability, homework skills and homework attitudes. And relatively improve the ability of the client, reduce functional degradation, and cultivate a good working attitude.
