    摘要:   本研究之目的為探究學生對於國軍形象、工作特性與從軍意願之間的關聯性,研究方法主要採用問卷調查法蒐集相關資料,並以嘉義地區高中職(含)以上學生為研究對象,正式問卷發放共計450份,有效回收394份,有效樣本回收率為88%。資料處理採用的統計分析方法,包括描述性統計、次數分析、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、迴歸分析等,並輔以Sobel test分析檢驗間接效果。  本研究主要發現:(1)不同個人背景變項的學生對於國軍形象、工作特性與從軍意願有部分顯著差異情形;(2)國軍形象對工作特性有顯著正向的影響;(3)國軍形象對從軍意願有顯著正向的影響;(4)工作特性與從軍意願有顯著正向的影響;(5)工作特性在國軍形象對從軍意願間存在部分中介效果。根據本研究的結果與結論,提出相關建議,以供國軍招募相關單位、招募人員與實務應用之參考。
      The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between students image towards national army, their job characteristics and willingness to join the military. Questionnaire survey was mainly used in this thesis as a research method to collect relevant information. Students with education level of high school and above in Chiayi area were used as the object of study. A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed, and 394 were returned (response rate: 88%). The statistical methods used in data analysis include descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, Independent Sample T Test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation, regression analysis, Sobel test, etc.  The main results of this study are as follows: (1) There are some significant differences founded in image of national army, their work characteristics and willingness to join the military from students with different background variables; (2) Image of national army has a significant positive impact on work characteristics; (3) Image of national army has a significant positive impact on willingness to join the military; (4) work characteristics of army have a significant positive impact on willingness to join the military; (5) work characteristics of army have a partial intermediary effect between image of national army and willingness to join the military. Based on the results and conclusions of this study, relevant recommendations are proposed as references for National Army to recruit relevant units, to recruit for staffs and as practical applications.
