本研究旨在探索木質材料與環氧樹脂應用的車床藝品,探討材料性質與影響,將實做過程記錄並加以探究。環氧樹脂是工業進步的產物,附有多種功能與特性,在藝術應用方面值得進一步探索研究。 透過簡易的環氧樹脂試驗,了解環氧樹脂的特性與適用性,並藉由相關文獻資料的蒐集,擬定最佳的實做與應對方法,做為本研究的實做基礎,再透過循序漸進的方式,從製作過程中獲取成功及失敗經驗來完成研究。 環氧樹脂灌注技術與藝品品質及美觀息息相關,本研究實作中因氣泡造成的坑洞多,導致物件表面填補多次影響外觀,且在車刀刮削物件時,也因坑洞問題影響加工速度,雖然五項探索的藝品順利完成,還是可從藝品細節觀察到小缺陷。 適當的調配環氧樹脂還有灌注時完善的作業細節,可使藝品更優秀;車床加工時,環氧樹脂與木質材料的硬度與加工手感不同,車床加工與最後打磨必須細心處理,以增加藝品美觀及價值;最後統整探索過程,提出結論與建議,提供專家、業者及相關事物應用之參考。 The purpose of this research is to explore lathe artwork made of wood and epoxy resins and investigate the characteristics of the materials and their effects. The implementation process was recorded and analyzed. Epoxy resin is a product of industrial progress, with a variety of features and characteristics that are worthy of further investigation in the field of artwork applications. The characteristics and applicability of epoxy resin can be determined through simple tests; as the basis for this research, the optimal implementation method and solutions to relevant issues can be determined by referring to the relevant literature. This research is completed by obtaining the success and failure experiences from the implementation process in a step-by-step manner. Epoxy resin perfusion technology directly affects the artwork's quality and appearance. In this implementation, there are many pits caused by bubbles in the infusion, which result in multiple instances of filling on the artwork surface, which degrades the appearance. The pits also affect the processing speed when the artwork is being scraped by the tool bit. Although the five experimental pieces of artwork were completed successfully, it is still possible to observe small defects in the details of the artwork. The appropriate blending of epoxy resin and refined operation details during perfusion can make the art more excellent. During lathe processing, since the hardness and processing feeling of epoxy resin and wood material are different, lathe processing and final polishing must be handled carefully to improve the esthetics and value of the artwork. Finally, the investigation process is summarized and conclusions and recommendations are provided for experts, operators, and related applications for reference.
