    Title: 家庭背景對志願役士官兵留營意願影響之研究

    Abstract:   國軍因應國家政策從徵兵制轉變為募兵制,部隊中的官兵已全數都是志願役,而士官、兵是國軍部隊的骨幹,所以如何留下優秀的人才繼續為國服務,是推動募兵制最重要的課題。本研究在於探討家庭背景中-家庭支持、家庭經濟、父母職業以及個人背景對留營意願之間的關係,除了以主觀認知研究,也以客觀的事實角度去討論,以得知志願役士官兵真實的感受。  本研究針對陸軍南部地區部隊志願役士官兵實施問卷調查,共施作328份問卷,刪除無效問卷22份,有效問卷306份,並透過主觀認知敘述性分析、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸統計方法,驗證各構面與留營意願的關係,以建立具有學術基礎理論的依據,提供國軍各單位招募社會青年或鼓勵現役士官兵留營之參考。本研究結論如下:一、家人的關心與留營意願有正相關。二、婚姻狀況與留營意願有顯著相關。三、家庭經濟狀況與留營意願有顯著相關。四、個人背景之目前職務、家庭年收入與留營意願有顯著相關。  基於本研究發現,雖然主觀認知上不見得家庭的意見是最主要的考量因素,但是家庭的支持及一定的家庭的經濟基礎,反而是願意留營的重要的影響因素,在未來招募或是留營可能可以多針對家人進行溝通宣傳以提昇其成效。
      Because our national policy changed from conscription to voluntarism in our military, all the soldiers in the troops are almost volunteers. Also, sergeants and soldiers are backbones in the troops, so how to retain excellent talents to serve for our nation is the most important test to promote voluntarism. The research is to discuss with the relations between family background and the willingness to retain, like family supporting, family's financial status, parents' occasion, and personal background. This study discusses with not only personal subjective research but also objective truth, knowing the real feeling of voluntary sergeants and soldiers.  This questionnaire targeted the voluntary sergeants and soldiers in the army in southern Taiwan, distributing 328 questionnaires, deleting invalid 22 ones, and the valid questionnaires total 306. To prove all the relations between the factors and the willingness to retain, we used Independent-Sample t test, one-way ANOVA, and regression statistical method, building the basis with academic basic theory to serve every army unit a reference which to recruit youth or encourage active sergeants and soldiers. This research conclusion is as follows:1.Positive correlation between family's concerns and the willingness to retain.2.Obvious correlation between the marital status and the willingness to retain.3.Obvious correlation between the family financial status and the willingness to retain.4.Obvious correlation with present occasion of personal background, annual household income, and the willingness to retain.  Base on this research finding, although family's comments are not necessarily the primary considerations on subjective cognition, family's support and certain economic base are the important factors of willingness to retain. In the future, targeting family to have more communications and more propagandas may promote efficiency on recruiting or retaining.
