近年來，地方創生(Placemaking)的議題逐漸受到旅遊、都市規劃等領域學者的重視。本研究以舊宜蘭監獄門廳為分析案例，經由建構層級分析架構來進行文化財保存、活用等議題。經由文獻回顧資料彙整後以價值構面，其次分別是人員構面、行銷構面以及政府構面建構AHP的分析架構。研究結果顯示「展覽具有教育內涵」、「運作與規劃能力」、「活動設計豐富多元」、「解說人員的專業力」、「解說人員的親和力」、「學校教學的配合」、「硬體設施完善安全」是比較重要的評估指標。本研究根據研究之結果進行討論與建議。 In recent years, the topic of placemaking has gradually been paid attention by scholars in the fields of tourism and urban planning. This study takes the old Yilan prison foyer as an analysis case and builds a hierarchical analysis structure to preserve and utilize cultural assets. Through the literature review, the value structure is followed by the personnel structure, the marketing structure, and the government structure to construct the analysis structure of AHP. The research results show that ＂the exhibition has the educational connotation＂, ＂operation and planning capabilities＂, and ＂event design is rich and diverse＂ ＂,＂ Experts 'professional competence ＂,＂ Experts' affinity ＂,＂ School teaching cooperation ＂,＂ Hardware facilities perfect safety ＂are relatively important evaluation indicators. This study will discuss and suggest based on the research results.
