近年來受到工業4.0以及人工智慧技術的衝擊,許多產業都因此而開始正式數位化的轉型。而以高等教育為主要市場的出版社也開始思考怎麼利用人工智慧相關技術進行大學教育教科書的創新。透過本研究探討人機協同使用在教學現場的各種構面間交互影響,用統計分析及結構方程模模型研究行為意向、滿意度、知覺價值的關係,進而提供建議,以因應教學現場的改變。本研究以大學生為分析對象,探討當出版社針對高等教育,以自然語言技術將教科書內容以智慧音箱的型態出現後,並配合大學教師進行協同教學時,大學生對於此類教材的接受度。研究結果發現,知覺價值是影響大學生接受智慧音箱協同教學的重要構面。本研究並根據分析的結果提出討論,並對出版社與後續研究提出相關建議。 In recent years, due to the impact of Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence technology, many industries have begun a formal digital transformation. And publishers with higher education as the main market have also begun to think about how to use artificial intelligence-related technologies to innovate university education textbooks. Through this study, we explore the interaction between various aspects of human-computer collaborative use in the teaching site, and use statistical analysis and structural equation modeling to study the relationship between behavioral intention, satisfaction, and perceived value, and then provide suggestions to respond to changes in the teaching site. This study takes college students as the analysis object and discusses the acceptance of such textbooks by publishing houses when the publishing house aims at higher education, uses natural language technology to present the textbook content in the form of smart speakers, and cooperates with university teachers in collaborative teaching. The results of the study found that perceptual value is an important aspect that affects college students' acceptance of collaborative teaching with smart speakers. This research also makes discussions based on the results of the analysis and puts forward relevant suggestions for the publisher and follow-up research.
