    摘要:   為了擴展學生的學習視野和生命經驗,讓學生能印證和運用課本所學於生活中,戶外教育的地點選擇和實施就非常重要了。就臺灣的觀光工廠來說,觀光工廠以展現台灣產業知識、文化、休閒及企業文化為主,因此若是以觀光工廠為戶外教育的地點,能讓參觀的學生親身體驗產品製作、參與臺灣在地產業發展,使得學生和台灣產業間距離比以往得更緊密、更貼近,對於產業知識的傳承也有很大的助力。  本研究以臺南縣將軍區的偏遠國小教師為對象,探討該區的教師在選擇觀光工廠為戶外教育地點的考量因素。經過文獻蒐集探討,將影響教師選擇觀光工廠的考量因素建構出層級架構的關係,其中影響教師選擇觀光工廠因素的四大構面分別是「學生層面」、「教學層面」、「學校層面」、「環境資源」,和各個構面下的評估項目共十六項。透過專家問卷的分析,可以發現到偏遠教師選擇觀光工廠為戶外教育地點的關鍵考量因素重要性依序為「環境資源」、「學校層面」、「教學層面」、「學生層面」。在十六項評估項目中,依其重要程度的前四項為「活動地點安全性」、「活動地點資源豐富性」、「校內課程的連結性」、「教師本身因素」。本研究分析結果提供給偏遠國小教師和觀光工廠之經營者參考。
      In order to expand students' learning vision and life experience, so that students can verify and use the textbooks knowledge in their life. It is very important to choose and implement the location of outdoor education. As for as the tourism factories in Taiwan, the tourism factory mainly displays Taiwan's industrial knowledge, culture, leisure and corporate culture. Therefore, if the tourism factory is used as the location of outdoor education, the visiting students can experience the production of products and participate in the development of Taiwan's local industry, which makes the distance between students and Taiwan's industry closer and closer than before. It also has a great help for the inheritance of industrial knowledge.  In this study, the remote elementary teachers in Jiangjun District of Tainan were taken as objects. This study discusses the factors that teachers in the remote elementary are considering in choosing the tourism factory as the outdoor education site. Through the literature review, the factors that influence teachers' choice of tourism factory are discussed. Among them, the four major factors that influence teachers' choice of tourism factory are "student factors", "teaching factors", "school factors", "environmental resource of tourism factory", and there are 16 evaluation projects under the major factors. Through the analysis of the expert questionnaire, it can be found that the key consideration factors of the remote elementary teachers choosing the tourism factory are "environmental resources of tourism factory", "school factors", "teaching factors", and " student factors". Among the sixteen evaluation projects, the top four are "Security of Activity Sites ", "Activity Site Resource Enrichment", "Interconnection of School Courses" and "Teacher's Factors" according to their importance. The results of this study is provided to remote elementary teachers and managers of tourism factory.
