從早期社區總體營造發展開始,至迄今推動的地方創生計畫,皆以永續發展為目標,在政府未推動地方創生前,觀光與社區產業緊密結合著,政府透過績優社區觀摩鼓勵社區互相學習,運用此機制推廣社區產業。推動地方創生目的在均衡城鄉人口與發展問題,帶動產業與就業機會,促使人才回流,強化地方品牌與活絡地方產業發展。 本研究針對嘉義縣民雄鄉興中村興中社區,運用在地資源串連鄰近社區及產業特色,推行社區產業發展進行探討與研究。 本研究首先整理社區營造與發展、地方創生之相關文獻資料,為研究基礎。研究方法採質性研究之訪談法、半結構式訪談、文獻分析法。以嘉義縣民雄鄉中社區為研究對象,針對興中社區幹部及協力社區人員等,進行訪談,將受訪者資料進行編碼分析。所得之結論如下:1.串聯在地多元化產業及文化資源特色,帶動社區觀光發展。2.運用社會資源凝聚社區共識,激發地方核心動能。3.社區發展協會之間的互動運作模式,對於地方發展的影響力。 Starting from the overall creation and development of the early community, the local creation plan to overcome the current promotion is aimed at sustainable development. This research is aimed at exploring and researching the Xingzhong Community of Xingzhong Village, Minxiong Township, Chiayi County, using local resources to connect neighboring communities and industrial characteristics and transform the development of community industries. Research methods: interview methods for quality research, semi-structured interviews, and literature analysis methods. Taking the middle community of Minxiong Township in Chiayi County as the research object, interviews will be conducted on the cadres of the Xingzhong community and the personnel of the cooperative society, etc., and the participant data will be coded and analyzed.1. The cascading features of regionally diversified industries and cultural resources drive the development of community tourism.2. Use social resources to gather community consensus and inspire local core momentum.3. The interactive operation mode between the community development associations and its influence on regional development.
