The data was collected by convenience sampling method, totally 300 questionnaires and the link were send through the Email, Facebook and Line to those employed who work in Phnom Penh city, Cambodia. The study found that there is a relationship among different variables and job satisfaction mediate the relationship of job characteristics and job performance, the study also found that work value moderates the relationship between job characteristics and job satisfaction, job involvement mediate the relationship of job characteristics and job satisfaction, job competency mediate the relationship of job characteristics and job performance and OCB mediate the relationship of job satisfaction and job performance.
