    Abstract:   研究在探討美容從業人員及大學美容相關學系學生,於2016年至2019年至海外實習之歷程研究。研究者分別以實習學生面臨的跨文化衝擊、生活適應、職場人際溝通、職業技能提升等面向,分析海外實習歷程對學員回國後職涯發展之影響。本研究以訪談方式對五位對實習生之實習歷程進行質性分析,同時納入學員之年齡、科系、實習地點及海外實習階段的變化、乃至目前工作經歷進行研究。  根據本文分析,歸納研究推論如下:1. 海外實習動機正向影響實習生學習外國語言之主動性及人際關係溝通力。2.海外實習動機對於經過適應期後歸國的就業競爭力與職涯發展具顯著影響。3.海外實習的歷程之文化衝擊適應力、生活適應力、職場困境調適力,對於學員之歸國後就業競爭力與職涯規劃具有顯著的正向影響。歸納以上,學員前期之海外實習動機直接影響學員回國後之職涯發展,然而,學習動機可以強化學員在海外實習上重要的溝通能力,進而間接降低學習歷程可能發生的困境,進而影響學員回國後之職涯發展。另一方面,學習歷程對學員之職涯發展具有關鍵性的影響。
      The aim of the paper is to study the overseas internships experience of beauty interns during the period of 2016 to 2019. Four dimensions including the cross-cultural impact, life adaptation, interpersonal communication, and professional skills improvement are attributed to explain the impact on their career development after the oversea internship. This study is conducted by quality analysis. All experiment data is collected by interview. Include the age, major, internship institution, as well as any the change on trainees during the overseas internship stage are considered into our study.  According to the analysis of this study, there conclusions are suggested by this study. 1. The strength of the trainees' motivation on overseas internships positively affect their motivation on learning foreign languages and communication skills. 2. The motivation of overseas internship has significant impact on the employment competitiveness and career development after the oversea internship. 3. The internship experience including the cultural impact adaptability, life adaptability, and workplace dilemma adaptability has a significant positive impact on the student's employment competitiveness and career planning after the oversea internship. In brief, the strength of the trainees' motivation on overseas internship does directly affect the career development in the early stage after the oversea internship. However, it indeed can strengthen the important communication skills of the students in overseas internships, which indirectly reduces the difficulties that may occur in the learning process, which will affect the students' career development after they return to the country. Most of all, the learning experience from oversea internship has a dominant influence on the career development of the students.
