    Abstract:   本研究為探討創新的商業模式規劃設計與企業的可持續發展。對於生產、銷售型企業在商業模式規劃設計時;從藍圖至實際任務的假設研究。研究者分別由商業模式的構成要素、商業模式的核心要素和企業營運時的核心等面向,分析生產、銷售型企業的可持續發展內涵。研究者以訪談方式對企業經理人於商業模式規劃設計之創新歷程進行質性分析。同時定義企業從契約管理、資訊管理、進度控制、年度企劃、人力資源協調、品質控制、資源管理、資金控制和成本控制的目標任務內涵;乃至企業可持續營運所提前準備的任務進行研究。  根據本文分析,歸納研究推論如下:1、商業模式的構成要素與商業模式的核心(資源、交易、價值)關係;為可持續的商業模式提供可行的目標任務。2、商業模式的核心(資源、交易、價值)與企業的營運核心要素(顧客價值、成本、規模、盈利)關係;為可持續的商業模式提供可決策的目標節點。 3、企業營運的核心要素(顧客價值、成本、規模、盈利)與商業模式的構成要素關係;為可持續的商業模式提供了可預期的目標成果。為了企業的可持續發展,創新商業模式的藍圖應具備可預期提前準備任務的功能;和驗證任務的正確性。使得創新商業模式之規劃設計成為企業可持續發展的核心價值。
      This research is to explore innovative business model planning and design and sustainable development of the enterprise. For production and sales enterprises in the planning and design of business models; hypothesis research from blueprints to actual tasks. The researchers analyze the sustainable development connotation of production and sales enterprises from the aspects of the business model, the core elements of the business model and the core of the business operation. The researchers conducted a qualitative analysis of the innovation history of business managers in business model planning and design through interviews. At the same time, it defines the objectives and tasks of the enterprise from contract management, information management, schedule control, annual planning, human resource coordination, quality control, resource management, capital control and cost control; and even the tasks prepared in advance by the company's sustainable operation for research.  According to the analysis of this article, the inductive research concludes as follows: 1. The relationship between the constituent elements of the business model and the core (resources, transactions, value) of the business model; providing feasible target tasks for the sustainable business model. 2. The relationship between the core of the business model (resources, transactions, value) and the core elements of the company's operations (customer value, cost, scale, profitability); provide decision-making target nodes for sustainable business models. 3. The relationship between the core elements of business operations (customer value, cost, scale, profitability) and the constituent elements of the business model; provides predictable target results for a sustainable business model. For the sustainable development of the enterprise, the blueprint of the innovative business model should have the function of preparing tasks in advance; and verify the correctness of the tasks. Make the planning and design of innovative business models become the core value of sustainable development of enterprises.
