    摘要:   近年來老年人的健康己成為台灣民眾所關注的問題,老年化社會對國家造成的影響不容小覷,如何健康老化,是為一重大議題。其中血壓、睡眠及下肢肌力對老年人身體健康與否更是關鍵。  本研究目的為探討易筋經功法,對老年人的血壓、下肢肌力、睡眠品質影響。研究對象為31名未曾接受過易筋經功法練習相關經驗且血壓值達收縮壓>140 mmHg或舒張壓>90 mmHg之老年人,平均年齡75歳,進行為期30天,受試者每天固定晨間5:30執行暖身運動及易筋經功法一次,約40分鐘,採單組前後測量,探討血壓、下肢肌力、睡眠品質等項目。實驗結果取得之數據:血壓值達 p>0.017,顯示血壓高者其血壓有下降作用,趨向正常值範圍(120/80 mmHg)。下肢肌力以單腳站立及椅子坐立項目,做即時(介入當天前後測數據)及長期(三十天)效益分析,結果呈現:單腳站立項目,即時效益未達顯著差異(p>0.745);長期效益呈顯著差異(p<0.011);椅子坐立項目,即時效益未達顯著差異(p>0.169),而長期效益顯著差異(p<0.000)。睡眠品質,依介入前測量數據與介入結束後測量數據(p<0.000)呈顯著差異,睡眠品質趨向良好。依實驗結果顯示,常態性的練習易筋經功法,於老年人是良好健康促進的運動項目,可降低血壓趨向正常值範圍、明顯提升下肢肌力、提高睡眠品質。
      In recent years, the health of the elderly has become a concern of the people of Taiwan. The impact of an aging society in this country cannot be underestimated; It is a major issue of being living in a healthy older ages. Among them, blood pressure, sleep and lower limb muscle strength are the key to the health of the elderly.  The purpose of this study was exploring Yi-Jin-Jing-gong (YJJG, one type of ancient Chinese Qigong practice) to the effect relate between: blood pressure, lower limb muscle strength and sleep quality among the elderly. The study subjects were 31 elderly people who had not received any experience related to YJJG exercises and whose blood pressure value reached systolic blood pressure>140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure> 90 mmHg. Their average age is 75 years, and the exercised duration is 30 days. Tested person will perform warm-up exercises and YJJG once a day at 5:30 in the morning, for as long as 40 minutes.  The data was collected as a single group, and measurement were taken before and after exercise; As to study the relationship between YJJG to those items of blood pressure, lower limb muscle strength, and sleep quality. The obtained data from the experimental result shows: the blood pressure value reaches p>0.017, indicating that the blood pressure tends to the normal value (120/80 mmHg). The strength of the lower limb muscle is determined by one-leg stand-up and chair-sit method for immediate and long-term benefit analysis. The results showed that: on one-legged projects, the immediate benefits did not reach a significant correlation (p>0.745); while the long-term benefits showed a significant correlation (p<0.011). In the chair sitting project, the immediate benefit did not reach a significant correlation (p>0.169), while the long-term benefit was significantly correlated (p<0.000). The quality of sleep was significantly correlated with the measurement data before intervention and after the intervention (p<0.000).  According to the experimental results, normal exercise YJJG: blood pressure tends to normal value, lower limb muscle strength is significantly improved, sleep quality tends to be good, and the overall elderly health condition is improved.
