本研究透過生命敘說的方式,探討研究者自己成長過程如何成為老師,以及在小學教師職涯當中,以福智文教基金會所學習佛法概念對教學理念及教育實踐過程所產生的影響及反思。 本研究認為實踐自己所學的信仰概念及其相關無限生命、業果教育、觀功念恩、關愛教育。可以覺察自心以一雙發現美的眼睛看待周遭人事物,先處理心相再處理事項,教師本身學會人生遠大目標自然而然就會有力量傳遞給學生。 本研究建議教育是人類升沉的樞紐,老師的學習是關鍵,老師只有不斷學習才能影響教學現況。有信仰力量對老師在教育場域,實踐信仰對其教學經驗是有幫助的。只要因對、次第無誤、果就一定會正,但需要時間與等待。努力的過程即使果沒呈現,但已走在正確的路上仍須為自己喝采。 This study utilized the method of life narrative to explore how the researcher becomes a teacher by analyzing the growing process. In the teaching career of being an elementary school teacher, the researcher learned the concept of Dharma at BWF of Culture and Education. The aim of this study is to investigate both the reflection and the impact of learning on the teacher's teaching philosophy and educational practices. The results indicated that putting one's religious belief, the ideas of infinite lives, the education of karma, observing merits and appreciating kindness, and caring education into practice helps one a lot. Firstly, one can develop self-awareness by treating everything around people with a pair of discovering eyes. Secondly, one can learn one's mind and phenomenon before solving problems. Lastly, teachers, who have learned the ultimate goals of life in advance, can naturally have power to teach students. This research suggests that education should be the pivot to the rise and fall of mankind. What teachers learn and teach is the key. Moreover, it is helpful for eachers to practice religious belief in the teaching space which benefits teachers' teaching experiences. It takes time to prove that good karma leads to the positive results. Consequently, even if the teachers' efforts do not come to fruition, they should cheer for themselves for walking on the right path.
