摘要: | 根據經濟部統計資料,在107年7月底台灣運輸倉儲管理業共16,208家,大多數業者是以人工方式進行抄寫報表及批號管控,但倉儲管理作業是瑣碎而且繁雜的,如要靠人工或是個人經驗來完成,通常會因單位管理者的經驗不同,導致作業無法統一且錯誤率提升。本研究以美食達人股份有限公司倉管單位為研究對象,應用倉儲管理系統來優化倉儲作業。透過系統的規劃,所有的產品檔案可從SAP系統轉拋至WMS系統,再由WMS系統來進行倉儲管理產生QR碼,倉管人員可直接透過PDA讀取QR碼來作業,並針對倉庫內各類資源進行計劃、組織、引導和控制,對貨物的入庫、出庫、批號管理、先進先出、庫位移轉、盤點進行有效輔助。建置倉儲管理系統之效益包括掌握商品流向及庫存狀況、報廢資訊、加快盤點速度、資料交換自動化及提高各項稽查效率。 According to the Ministry of Economic Affairs, at the end of July 107, there were 16, 208 transport warehousing and storage management industries in Taiwan, most of which were manually controlled by transcribing reports and batch numbers. However, warehouse management operations are trivial and complicated, such as to rely on manual or personal experience to complete, usually due to the different experience of unit managers, resulting in operations cannot be unified and error rate increases. In this study, a warehouse management system was applied to optimize the warehouse operations of Gourmet Master Company as the study target. Through system planning, all product files can be transferred from SAP system to WMS system, and then the WMS system to warehouse management to generate QR code, warehouse staff can directly read the QR code through the PDA to operate, and for various resources in the warehouse to plan, organize, guide and control, to effectively assist the goods inbound, outbound, batch number management, first-in-first-out,warehouse transfer, inventory. The benefits of establishing a warehouse management system include the control of commodity flow and inventory status, scrap information, faster inventory, automation of data exchange and improved audit efficiency. |
