本研究以Goldberger架構為基礎,研製可以量測六種導程的心電訊號擷取系統,以便觀察六個面向的心臟,而非一般常見的低成本的擷取裝置,僅能量測Lead I、Lead II、Lead III的訊號。心電訊號擷取電路是由:心電導程選擇電路、儀表放大器、高通濾波器、低通濾波器、帶斥濾波器以及增益放大器所組成,透過APP來控制以擷取使用者想量測的心電導程訊號。擷取到的心電導程訊號,會經過FIR 60Hz帶斥濾波器,以確保60Hz市電干擾能降到最低。為了使本系統使用上更為方便,我們使用藍牙HM-19模組作為介面將擷取到的心電訊號即時的傳輸到手機做後續顯示與儲存。為了讓藍牙與手機可以有效的溝通,本論文設計了一套專屬的通訊協定,用以確保傳輸資料無誤。除此之外,考量到當鋰電池沒電時,若需要將其取下後充電往往使鋰電池插頭或是電路本身的插槽容易損壞,因此設計了有Type C座的充電電路。為了使所提出的系統方便攜帶與量測,本研究將電路的大小設計到僅有6×6cmP2P,並用3D列印設計了一個外殼以方便穿戴。本系統的耗電流僅為54毫安培,配用2000mAh的3.7V鋰電池進行供電,使用時間可達到26小時。 This research develops a wireless electrocardiograph (ECG) acquisition system based on the Goldberger architecture. Especially, the proposed acquisition system can support to record six leads of heart vectors. A lead selection circuit, an instrumentation amplifier, a highpass filter, a lowpass filter, a bandstop filter, and a gain amplifier were all applied to be the front-end part, and an android application software was also designed to real-time display ECG signal. Additionally, a finite impulse response(FIR) 60Hz digital bandstop filter was also implemented to reduce the power-line interference(PLI) influence in an android smart-phone. For data transmission, a HM-19, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), was used as an interface to transmit the captured ECG signal from the front-end circuit to the smart-phone. To ensure correctness of the data transmission, the transmission protocol is needed to be considered. For the power charge issue, if lithium battery is run out, a type C USB charging circuit is designed on the board to easily plug into an adaptor. The size of the proposed PCB board only takes 6×6 cm2, and a shellbox with 3D printing is well designed. Finally, the current consumption of the proposed system is only 54 mA. This means that it can be used under 26 hours continues monitoring if the 2000 mAh lithium battery is adopted for power supply.
