隨著資訊科技與日俱進發展,網際網路與通訊技術日益進步,改變了現代人的消費型態,行動裝置在全世界是以倍數的成長率在成長。本研究欲探討不同人格特質之遊客對行動支付功能性、風險性與信任度及使用意願之關聯性進行探討。爰此,而本研究以網路問卷方式調查,使用結構方程模型進行研究分析,本研究蒐集有效問卷 580 份。 經研究分析結果顯示:(1)神經型特質對知覺易用性、信任度有負向顯著影響。(2)正向積極型對知覺有用性、知覺易用性、信任度皆有正向顯著影響。(3)神經型對各知覺風險各構面皆呈現正向顯著影響。(4)正向積極型的人格特質對績效風險呈現負向影響。(5)知覺功能性、信任度對於行動支付使用意願有正向顯著影響。(6)知覺風險對於使用意願並無顯著影響。 本研究建議各家廠商及銀行提升行動支付系統介面的操作模式,簡化設定流程,讓介面更加視覺化與明瞭,進而提升用戶使用行動支付交易的意願;另外提供消費者更具備安全性的使用環境,降低使用風險;而在後續研究則建議學者擴大擴大問卷發放範圍,或可針對針對不同人格特質的受訪者進行質性研究,深入了解其論述。 With the development of information technology, the advancement of Internet and communication technology has changed the consumption patterns of modern people. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between mobile payment functionality, risk, trust, and adoption intention for tourists with different personality traits. The research and analysis results show that: 1. Neuroticism trait have a negative and significant effect on perception ease of use and trust.2. The positive active type has a positive and significant effect on the usefulness of perception, ease of perception, and trust.3. Neuroticism trait have a positive and significant effect on all aspects of perceptual risk.4. Positive personality traits have a negative impact on performance risk.5. Perceived functionality and trust have a positive and significant influence on the adoption intention of mobile payment.6. Perceived risk has no significant impact on adoption intention of mobile payment. This study recommends that various manufacturers and banks improve the operation mode of the interface of the mobile payment system, simplify the setting process, make the interface more visual and clear, and then increase the user's adoption intention of mobile payment.
