Therefore, it is important to reduce staff turnover and ensure that employees are sustainable. In order to solve the problem of human resources and employees of employees, a comprehensive analysis of the working environment and working conditions of employees is aimed at identifying the causes and causes of migration and displaying them in their work in the field of sustainable work. Due to poor manpower planning, lack of motivation and motivation for the work of highly skilled medical staff, and lack of a comfortable working environment, the number of employees dismissed or transferred to another organization has increased in recent years.
