This research is to explore the channels for the localized knowledge acquisition of public education service personnel in Yuchi Township Public Kindergarten, to understand whether the knowledge acquired by the education service personnel in the localization courses is certified or not, and why localized courses without certification can be Reasons for teaching in school. The issues discussed in this study are as follows: Why can localized courses without certification be taught in schools? For this problem can be divided into three sub-problems: 1. Does the localized knowledge of education service personnel use the Internet, local residents, and related books as the source channels? 2. Has the knowledge imparted by the teachers of the localization courses been certified? 3. Why does the school agree that the localized knowledge that has not been certified is passed on to the school? The research hypothesis is as follows: Localized courses without certification are taught in schools because of market demand and are conducive to enrollment. There are three kinds of assumptions for this assumption: 1. Educational security service personnel obtain localized resource channels from Internet resources, community members, and related books because they are fast and easy to obtain.2. The knowledge imparted by the teachers of the localization courses has not been certified.3. Localized courses without certification can be taught in schools because of market demand and are conducive to enrollment. The research object is the nursery school service staff and parents of the primary school in Yuchi Township, Nantou County. The research tool is the interview outline prepared by the researcher. Finally, based on the research results and findings, the following suggestions are proposed for the reference of relevant units and other researchers in the research of localized courses in the future: 1. Organize localization-related courses of kindergarten education security service personnel2. Establish a localized course information database and certification 3. Expand the research area and research object
