Retailing delivery service is the most important logistics distribution system for online bookstores in Taiwan. This article takes the case study K as the analysis object and constructs an evaluation model of online bookstores format distribution logistics through literature review and hierarchical analysis. The AHP evaluation model constructed through literature and interviews includes three dimensions: logistics, business flow, and information flow. Each dimension contains three-image evaluation criteria. After collecting data through expert questionnaires, and further calculating the weight value of each evaluation criterion with AHP, it is found that “the promise of store distribution speed”, “the real-timeliness of logistics information” and “the accuracy of logistics information” are used to evaluate the store distribution logistics system The three most important key factors. In addition, the most important evaluation criterion of the information department is “the stability of logistics information”, the most important evaluation criterion of the logistics department is “the promise of store delivery speed”, and the most important evaluation criterion of the customer service department is “the immediacy of logistics information.” The most important evaluation criterion of the marketing department is “resources of marketing activities”, and the parts that have been recognized by both departments at the same time include “convenience of pickup location”, “accuracy of logistics information”, and “speed of store distribution”. “Commitment” and other three items, so it is recommended that the store distribution logistics industry should optimize the store distribution logistics system based on these factors.
