    摘要:   本研究旨在探討繪本教學對於提升幼兒情緒覺察與辨識、理解、表達和調節能力的影響。研究對象為台北市某私立小班13位幼兒,男生6人、女生7人。研究目的為了解繪本教學對幼兒的情緒覺察辨識、表達、理解和調節能力之成效。研究方法以準實驗研究為主,使用8本情緒繪本進行8週繪本教學,從故事導讀演述、問題提問討論和延伸活動,過程中蒐集錄影、教學省思、及師生對話紀錄等資料蒐集,進行三角驗證以探討繪本教學對提升小班幼兒情緒能力之成效。 本研究的結果如下: 一、實驗組小班幼兒情緒能力及各層面能力,在繪本教學後,後測分數均高於前測分數,顯示繪本教學能提升小班幼兒情緒能力及各層面能力。二、兩組幼兒情緒能力及各層面能力後測成績,均是實驗組高於控制組。三、兩組幼兒情緒能力及各層面能力後測共變數分析結果,實驗組表現優於控制組。四、小班幼兒各層面能力(情緒覺察與辨識、情緒理解、情緒表達、及情緒調解能力)與整體情緒能力之關聯度很高。五、繪本教學提升幼兒能夠了解尊重別人,反省自己,情緒有了正面積極的表現。幼兒從情緒教學中,深刻了解情緒的理解、表達、與調整,學習判斷對與錯的行為,並從認知逐漸轉換成實際行動。六、增進教師繪本教學專業成長與改變教學方式。
      This research aims to explore the influence of picture book teaching on the improvement of children's emotional awareness and recognition, understanding, expression and adjustment abilities. The subjects of the study were 13 children in age 3 of private preschool in Taipei City, including 6 boys and 7 girls. The purpose of the research is to understand the effectiveness of picture book teaching on children's emotion perception, recognition, expression, understanding and adjustment abilities. The research method is mainly based on quasi-experimental research, using 8 emotional picture books for 8 weeks of picture book teaching, from the introduction of storytelling, questioning and discussion, and extended activities, collecting video, teaching reflection, and teacher-student dialogue records and other materials in the process. , Carry out a triangle rification to explore the effect of picture book teaching on improving children's emotional ability in small classes. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The emotional ability and sub-item abilities of the children in the experimental group. After the picture book teaching, the post-test scores are higher than the pre-test scores, which shows that the picture book teaching can improve the emotional abilities and the sub-item abilities of the small children. 2. In the two groups of children's emotional ability and the post-test scores of each sub-item ability, the experimental group is higher than the control group. 3. The two groups of children's emotional abilities and post-test covariate analysis results of each sub-item ability, the experimental group performed better than the control group. 4. The sub-categories (emotional awareness and recognition, emotional understanding, emotional expression, and emotional mediation capabilities) of small class children are highly correlated with overall emotional capabilities. 5. Picture book teaching enhances children's ability to understand and respect others, reflect on themselves, and show positive emotions. Children learn to understand, express, and adjust emotions deeply from emotion teaching, learn to judge right and wrong behaviors, and gradually transform from cognition to actual action. 6. Enhancing the professional growth of teachers' picture book teaching and changing teaching methods.
